with an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a Total Joints Fellowship. This position includes both the office and the OR. The group has their own MRI and Physical Therapy Center. This is a state-of-the-art facility with EMR and Digital X-Ray. They also have a bio-mechanical lab and conduct advanced research. The new PA would eventually run an Orthopaedic Clinic. The new candidate needs to be a self-starter that is self-motivated!
Responsibilities include: H&P’s, patient evaluation and education, refers for diagnostic treatment, first assist, review lab results, write scripts, treat basic fractures, joint injection and aspiration, hospital rounds and call within a clinic setting.
Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. This Doctor will train a new graduate with an orthopaedic rotation. The location is in a beautiful area in an upscale suburb of Phoenix. The group prefers candidates that have ties to the Phoenix area. The new PA will enjoy year round outdoor living, solid schools and all the amenities of a great city. There are numerous great golf courses! Preference will be given to candidates within the state. Candidates must be familiar with the area and should have an AZ license or be in the process of receiving one.
