Physician Assistant – Orthopaedics (WILL TRAIN!)
Well-established Orthopaedic Group seeks to add a full-time Physician Assistant to their team. The new PA will be part of a fast moving team working directly with a Upper Extremity/Sports Fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon. This Doctor utilizes the latest surgical techniques and has an excellent reputation in the community. Orthopaedic cases include hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, general and fractures. The position includes both the OR and the clinic. The PA's responsibilities include: handling H&P's and provide surgical first assist, consultation, injection procedures, fracture care and patient evaluation and education, and review lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting.
Successful candidate must be NCCPA-certified. The group will train a new candidate that has an orthopaedic rotation! Preference is for local candidates. The location is in a beautiful suburb of the Dallas, TX area.
Compensation: Base salary range is open. Additionally, there is a full benefits package.
