Well-established Orthopaedic Group seeks to add another full-time Physician Assistant. The PA will directly work with a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialty of Upper/Hand extremity. The position is 4 days in the clinic and one day in the OR. This Doctor utilizes the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques. The schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM with no weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities include: providing surgical first assist, casting and splinting, fracture reductions and dislocations, joint aspirations, consultation and patient evaluation and education, injections, writing scripts, and reviewing labs results in both a clinic and hospital setting. Successful candidate should be board-certified, highly motivated, hard working and able to work well with others in a team-oriented environment. Previous orthopaedic/surgical experience is preferred, but will train a new graduate that has a strong desire for orthopaedics! Candidates should have completed an orthopaedic rotation.
Compensation: Solid compensation program (base salary range depends on experience), plus incentive. Additionally, there is a full benefits package provided which includes 401k profit sharing plan and, 20 days PTO, CME etc.
