Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for an experienced licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Family Medicine practice located Somers, Connecticut.

In this full time employment opportunity, you will join a tight-knit Family Medicine practice alongside a dedicated support staff and a Board Certified Family Medicine physician. This opportunity will allow you to build lasting relationships with appreciative patients who have relied on the practice's care for the past 15 years. Providers in this practice provide a full spectrum of primary care services for patients ranging from newborn to 103 years old. This outpatient practice has developed strong relationships with community specialists and, as part of the greater Trinity Health Of New England system, can easily connect patients to world-class specialty services within a vast network through an integrated electronic health records system. 

In this role, you will enjoy a set Monday through Friday schedule with no call requirements while you experience rewarding opportunities to heal patients at every point in their lives.

The successful candidate should be licensed in Connecticut with at least two years of experience, preferably in a Family Medicine environment. The team is seeking a dedicated clinician with a passion for treating patients of all ages, a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor that reflects the values of our practice.
