Machias, Maine: We invite an experienced SURGICAL Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the respected medical staff of an independent hospital in this charming coastal community in beautiful Downeast Maine. You will be First Assist in the OR, primarily for Orthopedic Surgery, and other surgical specialties (General, OB/GYN, etc.). You will practice alongside board certified surgeons, aided by an experienced OR team. Expect to spend mornings in the OR, and in the afternoons, see pre- and post-surgical patients primarily in the outpatient Orthopedics practice.
