Nephrology Nurse Practitioner sought for Practice South of Boston
They are seeking an experienced Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider for a well-established private practice with more than 20 years of providing the highest quality medical care.
About the position:
- Manage the care of patients with kidney failure who require life-sustaining renal replacement therapy
- Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
- Provide continuing care for patients who have received a kidney transplant through follow-up visits
- Health maintenance counseling
- Treat patients with electrolyte imbalances such as abnormal sodium, potassium, and magnesium levels
- Treat patients with recurrent kidney stones by providing a diagnosis, diet adjustments, and a treatment plan to help prevent the recurrence of various stones.
