  • Fulltime Permanent Position 
  • Schedule to be discussed during the interview
  • This position works both independently and collaboratively with the Primary Care team to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, and follow-up planning 
  • Must be able to see all ages ( Adult and Geriatrics) 
  • Must have at least 1  years of nurse practitioner or physician assistant experience, specifically related to primary care, family medicine, and adult medicine 
  • NH license must be in hand or in process
