Seeking a clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Bariatric Surgery Clinic team. In this role, you will evaluate and manage non-surgical and surgical patients seeking weight loss management, assist with inpatient care for patients undergoing bariatric surgery, and assist Bariatric Surgeons in the operating room.
Compensation & Benefits May Include:
- Single Specialty Group; Hospital Employed
- Join a bariatric team of 2 physician, 2 nurse practitioners, 1 registered dietician, and support staff
- Primary and Revisional Bariatric Cases, Postoperative Follow-Up, Medically Supervised Weight Management
- 1-2 Surgery days and 3 Clinic days weekly
- Expected Clinic Patient Load: 15-20 per day
- Inpatient rounding, Clinical call response required (rotating, occasional)
- Full-Time, 1.0 FTE
- EMR: Epic
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical practice experience as an NP required
- DEA License and Idaho Controlled Substance License are required
- Surgical and inpatient experience preferred
