• 2+ years old
• Dispensary on-site
• Wellness Programs
• Support staff includes: providers, MOAs, office manager, MD, receptionist
• Phlebotomy certification a plus

Requirements:

• Master’s degree ([link removed]) or equivalent in nursing
• Active & unrestricted Wisconsin license & DEA
• 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in UC or OM
• Must be long-term locum
• BLS & ACLS certifications
