• M, W, TH 8a-5p & F 6:30a-1p
• 2+ years
• No dispensary
• MOA & Health & Health Coach on-site
• Occ Health Services like breath alcohol testing, DOT certs, physicals, & drug testing
• Phlebotomy certifcation a plus

 Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in nursing
• Active & unrestricted Wisconsin license & DEA
• OM or UC experience
• BLS & ACLS certifications
