In partnership with Boston University, Adkisson Search is recruiting a Director of Occupational Health Service with extensive Clinical Nurse Practitioner experience in Occupational Health, managing a clinical program. Three to five years’ experience in Occupational Health and 2-5 years in occupational health or medical clinic management. You will serve more than 12,000 employees at two clinic locations and a school for dental medicine.
The Director will oversee all Occupational Health Services including the Boston University Occupational Health Program, the Boston University Occupational Health Medical Campus Satellite Clinic Program, and Goldman School for Dental Medicine. The Director acts as a liaison for multiple interdepartmental relationships and negotiations within the University to further the health and safety mission of the Occupational Health Center. This position requires understanding and interpretation of the University's mission and vision statements within the context of occupational health and safety for setting organizational goals in collaboration with staff, and other departments.
