  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Physician Assistant
  • Permanent job opening
  • Must have 1 year post training experience
  • Job is 100% house calls (minimal telemedicine for follow-ups)
  • You’d work throughout Suffolk and Nassau County (working in different areas depending on the day)
  • Reason for need: expansion
  • You’d see adult and geriatric patients
  • Full-time position – shifts are 10 hours (8a-6p)
  • Full-time providers work 16 shifts a month
  • See about 10-12 patients per day
  • Must be able to work some weekends or holidays
  • Client provides up to three weeks of paid training
  • Credentialing can be done concurrent with training
  • Client provides car service – you’d be picked up at your house or within your assigned county
  • Ideal candidates will be tech savvy – client uses a variety of customizable electronic platforms
  • Advanced providers have an in market medical director for clinical support
  • Seeking candidates that will be able to confidently work independently
  • No visa sponsorship, unfortunately
