Hospitalist Service

  • Average Daily Encounters: 134
  • 16 physicians; 8 APPs
  • Seven days on/seven off; 7:00 [link removed]:00 [link removed]; 7:00 [link removed]:00 [link removed] 
  • No procedures, closed ICU, no codes 

Hospital

  • Part of the integrated LifeBridge Health System (with whom USACS has an exclusive contract to staff all of LifeBridge Emergency Departments)
  • 163 beds 
  • Only hospital in Carroll County, MD
  • Cerner EMR  
  • 24 hour in-house:
    • CT, Respiratory therapist, OB-GYN, Medical Surgical, Anesthesiology, Pediatric  Coverage (no NICU), Intensivist
  • Interventional Cardiac Cath lab
  • Stroke Center
  • In-house Ultrasound technician coverage
