Multi-Specialty Group of Orthopedic Surgeons seeks a full-time Physician Assistant to directly work with a Sports Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon.  Cases includes: total joints, knees, shoulders and fracture care.  The opportunity will be a combination of clinic and OR! The group has their own ASC, Digital X-ray and PT Centers.  The location is within the Macon Georgia area.

Responsibilities include:

• First assist
• Initial evaluations
• Joint aspiration and injections
• Pre-op and post-op H&P’s
• Write scripts
• Coordinate with Physical Therapist
• Ordering tests and evaluate X-ray, CT Scan and MRI
• Rounding and Fracture Care
• Run clinics
• Sporting event coverage
